Powder coating offers a wide choice of colors, including RAL references, as well as textured and frosted finishes. The coating adds thickness, so close-fitting slots need an agreed allowance during die design. Coverage in deep, narrow channels requires separate review. Confirm the color, texture, service environment and critical finished dimensions before production.

Wood-grain transfer gives aluminum windows and doors, furniture and grilles a wood-like decorative appearance. The result depends on the powder-coated base color and the selected transfer-paper pattern. The pattern can stretch slightly over raised or recessed corners. Confirm the appearance on a signed physical sample before production.

Anodizing is considered for industrial and decorative profiles requiring a metallic appearance, including brushed or sandblasted effects. The thin oxide layer does not conceal deeper mechanical marks or extrusion weld lines. Base material quality, die finish and pretreatment therefore need careful attention. Appearance, service conditions and any application-specific surface requirements are reviewed with the anodizing partner.

Electrophoretic coating is used to achieve high-gloss metallic finishes on window profiles, picture frames and interior decorative parts, including champagne or bronze tones. Available colors are relatively limited, and surface preparation must be carefully controlled to avoid visible flaws. Production is arranged with specialist partners. Confirm the physical color sample, minimum order quantity and lead time before ordering.

For every finish, identify the visible faces and installation environment, including indoor use, outdoor exposure or coastal conditions. Bulk production follows the approved sample. Confirm the color, texture, film thickness and inspection method for the order.
