Guantian supplies aluminum profiles for furniture, housings, display frames, modular cabins and public shelters. The applications below show how our extruded sections and processed components are used within these products.
Applications we supply
We have supplied profiles and components for aluminum cabinetry, power-bank housings, electronic heat-sink enclosures, advertising light boxes, picture frames, modular cabins and public shelters. Each project starts with a review of the profile cross-section and its fit with the rest of the product.
Heat-dissipating housings
We supply heat-dissipating enclosures for electronics, closely spaced fin profiles and heat-sink bases for LED lighting. Profiles are available cut to length or with precision cutting, drilling, tapping and face milling by specialist partners. Key requirements include the flatness of the heat-source contact surface, mounting-hole spacing and the fit of internal component guide channels.
Assembly & project requirements
Project reviews focus on the features that affect assembly: corner joints, glass and panel channels, PCB guide slots, end-cap fit, mounting holes and contact-surface flatness. Finish and corrosion-protection requirements are selected for the intended indoor or outdoor conditions.
Supply scope & processing
We supply full extrusion lengths, cut-to-length profiles and processed components. Powder coating, wood-grain transfer, cutting and punching are performed in-house; specialist partners provide anodizing, electrophoretic coating and additional machining. The agreed supply scope specifies the parts and operations included in each order.
What to provide for an inquiry
Provide a profile or component drawing, mating-part dimensions, the required finish and order quantity. Describe the operating environment and identify critical channels, holes, joints and visible surfaces. Specify whether you need full lengths, cut parts or processed components, along with any part-number labeling or separate packaging.
Modular cabins
We supply window and door frames, exterior decorative cover profiles, diffused-light channels and internal framing connectors for capsule cabins, mobile pod cabins and container homes. Profiles receive weather-resistant powder coating for outdoor use, cut-to-length sawing and punching as specified. Key requirements include curved-corner joints, weather-seal channel fit and consistent color on exposed surfaces.
Housings & signage.
Power Bank Housings
We supply one-piece, thin-wall flat tubular profiles for power-bank housings. Delivery options include cut-to-length housings or finished housings with CNC openings, deburring, sandblasting and anodizing completed by specialist partners. Die development and production focus on internal PCB guide-slot tolerances, wall-thickness consistency and end-cap fit at both ends.
Advertising Light Boxes
We supply light-box frames that open on all four sides, fabric light-box frames, hinged cover profiles and internal support connectors. Profiles can be supplied in cut lengths or with 45° cutting and mounting-hole machining by specialist partners. Project requirements include acrylic-panel and fabric-channel dimensions, tight corner-connector joints and weather-resistant powder coating for outdoor use.

Interior Storage & Cabinetry
We supply aluminum cabinet frames, glass-door edging, concealed handles, wardrobe rails and corner connectors. Finishes include wood-grain transfer or powder coating in-house, and brushed anodizing by specialist partners. Profiles can be supplied in cut lengths or as punched and cut components. Corner joints, glass-channel fit and surface appearance are key project requirements.
Public Shelters

Public shelters.
We supply load-bearing posts, crossbeams, roof-edge frames and poster light-box profiles for bus shelters, covered walkways and charging-station canopies. Weather-resistant powder coating for outdoor use and machining of connection holes by specialist partners are available. Components are labeled and packed separately by part number. Reviews focus on fit during on-site assembly and the required corrosion protection.

Picture frame profiles.
We supply narrow-border, L-shaped and curved decorative frame profiles with brushed anodizing, champagne-gold electrophoretic finishes or custom-color powder coating. Delivery options include 6 m lengths or precision 45° miter cuts by specialist partners, with matching corner connectors. Before production, we confirm the combined thickness of the artwork, acrylic and backing, along with the internal channel fit.
