Applications include automated production-line frames, warehouse flow racks, safety enclosures and machinery. We supply T-slot profiles for common Chinese and European framing systems, along with linear-guide profiles, electronic heat-sink profiles and load-bearing machine components. Profiles and mating components are checked against the project's drawings and samples.

Key requirements include slot compatibility with nuts and sliding blocks, guide straightness and flatness, hole spacing, thread accuracy, stiffness under the specified loads, and wear or corrosion protection. Before die development and sampling, our engineers review assembly drawings, loads and supplied shaft, slider or connector samples to check critical mating tolerances. Initial extrusion and machining samples are checked with custom gauges and trial-fitted with the actual connectors. Load suitability depends on the project's assembly design and operating conditions.

Delivery options include standard 6 m lengths, cut-to-length profiles and machined parts. Sawing and routine punching are performed in-house; established partners handle drilling, tapping, slot milling and other agreed machining. We can help source T-bolts, flange nuts, angle brackets, end caps and other matching connectors. Complete frame assembly is outside our supply scope. Individual part labeling and separate packaging are available when specified in the order.

Send profile cross-sections, machining drawings showing holes and threads, relevant equipment assembly details, connector specifications, and a bill of materials. Include the operating environment, spans and loading conditions for project review. Confirm the required finish, quantities, and whether each part needs a part-number label and separate packaging. Provide connector or mating-part samples when fit needs to be checked directly.
