Explore how Guantian develops and supplies profiles for customer projects, from interface review and extrusion trials to finishing, inspection and packaging. Each case study describes the components supplied and the acceptance requirements agreed for that order.
Coating allowances, thermal-break assembly and hardware fit checks for an overseas apartment window project. Delivery comprised finished profile lengths with matching hardware and gaskets.
6061-T6 profiles with coordinated machining and anodizing, checked with mating components and supplied as individually labeled parts for customer assembly.
These two projects illustrate different manufacturing requirements: matching coated, thermally broken window profiles with hardware and gaskets, and preparing machined industrial profiles for modular assembly. Each case covers the customer's requirements, production processes, sample approval and delivery inspections.

How to read these case studies
The case studies describe the profiles supplied, processing and project coordination. Customer names and identifiable order details are omitted. Application photographs illustrate how the profiles are used; the written supply scope explains Guantian's role in each project.
03
Project scope and acceptance criteria
The materials, dimensional allowances, coating thicknesses and inspection criteria in each case are specific to that project. Every new order requires drawing review, approved samples and agreed acceptance criteria. Complete window-system performance and equipment load requirements must be assessed for the intended assembled design.
