Our range includes outer-frame and sash sections, mullions and transoms, sliding tracks, glazing beads, corner posts and corner cleats. Applications include sliding windows, hinged and folding doors, thermally broken window and door systems, and sunrooms. Matching sections can be supplied together to suit the selected system and approved drawings.

Key checks cover hardware and roller fit, glazing-bead and gasket-groove fit, glazing clearances, corner-joint gaps, smooth sliding and color consistency within a batch. During drawing review and die development, our engineers check mating interfaces against hardware and gasket samples, glass specifications and the proposed assembly method. After extrusion trials, thermal-break strip assembly and component trial fitting are completed in-house. System fit and operation are checked before batch production is scheduled.

Profiles are normally supplied in specified lengths or as machined components. Thermal-break strip insertion and assembly, as well as gasket installation, are available at an additional charge. We can also help source matching hardware and gaskets. Engineering support covers mating interfaces, glazing dimensions and the window assembly plan. Our supply scope is profiles and agreed components for the customer's assembly; it does not include complete assembled windows or doors.

Send profile cross-section drawings, the window or door opening type, frame-to-sash interface details, intended glass thickness, and specifications or physical samples of the hardware, thermal-break strips and gaskets. Include required lengths, finishes, order quantities and any machining drawings.
