Our factory operates seven extrusion lines and two automated powder-coating lines. Specialist partners support selected finishing and fabrication processes.

Engineering support for custom profiles, including cross-section geometry, tolerances and extrusion feasibility.
Die Development
Select an existing die or develop custom tooling with our specialist partners, supported by in-house die trials and adjustments.
Aluminum Extrusion
Presses rated from 800 to 1,500 metric tons produce architectural and industrial profiles in alloys including 6063 and 6061.
Surface Finishing
Powder coating and wood-grain transfer are completed in-house; specialist partners provide anodizing and electrophoretic coating.
Secondary Fabrication
Cutting to length and punching are performed in-house; established partners handle complex CNC machining, bending and welding.
Quality Control
We check dimensions, wall thickness, hardness, coating thickness and color consistency throughout extrusion and finishing.

From aluminum billet to finished profile.
Billet heating
After alloy verification and surface cleaning, long billets are heated evenly in the furnace and hot-cut to the required length, ready for extrusion.Extrusion & cooling
Billets are pressed through the die to form the required profile section. Profiles are then cooled with air or water before straightening.Stretch straightening
Mechanical stretch straightening corrects bow and twist and helps reduce residual stress. Overall profile straightness is checked before the next stage.Cutting to length
Straightened profiles are saw-cut to the confirmed delivery length, with clean, burr-free ends. Further precision cutting is carried out where required for secondary fabrication.Artificial aging
Cut profiles are loaded into baskets for artificial aging in the furnace. After cooling, samples are checked with a Webster hardness tester.Surface finishing
Production follows the color sample or reference sample signed off by the customer. Each batch is checked for color consistency, coating thickness, adhesion and overall surface appearance.Inspection & packing
After final inspection, profiles are protected with film or EPE foam and bundled by profile model. Kraft paper, shrink film or wooden crates are used according to customer requirements.Storage, loading & dispatch
Labeled bundles are stored by order. Profile models, quantities and documents are checked before dispatch. Loads are secured and protected against moisture and slipping during transport.
