What affects extrusion cost and lead time
A quotation reflects the full production process as well as the weight of aluminum. A consolidated specification helps our team account for setup work, partner processing and packaging before the order is confirmed.

Small quantities across several sections or colors
Frequent die changes and powder-color changes increase setup time, billet-end losses and cleaning costs. Send a purchasing list by profile section, color and quantity so our production team can assess how to group the work and confirm the schedule.
Tight tolerances and additional partner processes
Very tight slot tolerances may require additional die trials and adjustments. Partner-provided anodizing or CNC machining adds processing and coordination time. Mark critical mating features and inspection points on the drawing so we can account for them during the initial engineering review and quotation.
Changes after drawing or sample approval
Changes to an approved die drawing or color sample may require tooling modifications or replacement, a new color formulation and production rescheduling. Provide the final assembly drawing and color reference before tooling starts. Subsequent changes require renewed confirmation of the technical requirements and commercial terms.
Special packaging and matching components
Custom wooden crates, floor-by-floor labels and matching hardware or gaskets can add material, packing and sourcing costs. Confirm the packaging specification, labeling plan and component samples before ordering so the quotation covers the complete agreed scope of supply.
